Kristin Quattlebaum
Kristin spent years as a successful, yet unfulfilled, overachiever, before she began to explore her anxiety and behavioral patterns through therapy. After changing her relationship to emotions and gaining a new understanding of human behavior, Kristin worked on ending her battle with emotional eating and body image. This led her to the Hungry for Happiness Academy, where she became a Certified Coach. Coaching has enabled Kristin to discover and unleash her true self and gifts. She feels connected to her body, intuition, and inner child, and she understands her needs and how to fulfill them. She believes that all of the answers we desire are within us.
