She Rose WNY invites any adult woman who feels called to do so, to join them for their intimate H.E.A.L. Haven. This is a small intimate event so tickets are limited. Attendees will gather together to complete healing activities like; meditation, sharing our story and a unique journal session. They will also have healthy snacks for you to enjoy. They only ask that you come with an open mind and be ready to rewrite your story.
