Maria is summa cum laude Canisius College graduate, ICF credentialed life and nutrition coach, certified Bellicon rebounding fitness instructor, award-winning author and national women’s leadership speaker. She’s also a self-proclaimed recovering perfectionist and former highly sensitive stressaholic!
