Join Darcie Black, a holistic reproductive health educator, doula and community herbalist from Ithaca, NY, for a unique (and FREE) conversation about bodies, language, and harnessing the intuitive power of our cycles.
This class is open to the public and while we will be focusing on the phenotypically female body, all individuals of sexual expression and gender identity are welcome to attend. We will be exploring how body literacy and cycle awareness can be used as a vital sign to inform us of our overall health and well-being. We'll also discuss the hormones involved in the fertility cycle (how they influence us on a physiological and emotional level), how our cycle can inform our social and professional lives, how we may be helping or hurting our endocrine systems, and the many options available for menstrual care and sexual health.
